Approach to building
FAQsy builds trusted AI tools for institutional knowledge work.
FAQsy is a founder-led product lab focused on one practical problem:
helping institutions deliver clearer answers from trusted source material.
The work started from a simple observation. Schools, teams, and organizations
answer the same questions again and again, even when the answer already exists
somewhere in a website, policy, syllabus, handbook, or support document.
FAQsy is being developed around focused assistants for student support,
faculty workflows, and internal knowledge teams. The aim is not to make a
tool that answers everything. The aim is to build narrow systems that are
useful, source-grounded, and easier for humans to trust.
That means combining product development, applied AI research, content
strategy, and hands-on collaboration with institutions that want more
reliable knowledge workflows.
How FAQsy approaches the work
-
Focused use cases
-
FAQsy starts with bounded workflows where better answers can save time, reduce confusion, and support real institutional work.
-
Trusted source material
-
Every build is designed around known content such as websites, policies, course materials, handbooks, and internal documentation.
-
Human review
-
The goal is not to automate judgment away. It is to support people with grounded answers they can inspect, review, and improve.
-
Pilot-first delivery
-
FAQsy is being developed through practical pilots and collaboration with institutions that have clear knowledge problems worth solving.
The point of view behind FAQsy
-
Practical over theatrical
-
FAQsy is not trying to be a general-purpose AI brand. The work is intentionally narrow, useful, and tied to real questions people already ask every day.
-
Built for institutions
-
The product direction is shaped by the realities of education, support teams, faculty workflows, and internal knowledge operations where clarity and trust matter.
